Pat Caiazza & Our Company
A locally owned restoration and reconstruction company built on accountability.
Meet the Owner
Pasquale “Pat” Caiazza
Pasquale "Pat" Caiazza, owner of South Florida Water and Mold Restoration, Inc., has worked in restoration and reconstruction since 2005. Pat built the company around a simple idea: when property damage occurs, homeowners shouldn't have to coordinate multiple companies to get their property restored and rebuilt.
That idea is the reason the company holds both a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1535089) and a Florida Mold Remediator license (MRSR142). It lets one team handle the damage and the rebuild — one contract, one schedule, one point of contact.
Pat stays personally involved. He inspects jobs, talks to property owners directly, and makes sure the work is done the way he would want it done in his own home.
